The primary goal of our organization is
to empower Latinos with the personal and professional development
tools and strategies to achieve their American Dream and become
successful role models to future generations of Americans. Our approach
incorporates clear and specific goals that enable Hispanics to develop
a positive self-image, take responsibility for their own success,
and embrace education as the cornerstone of self-reliance.
We invite corporations and foundations to join us in this mission.
The sponsorship opportunities incorporate far more than the usual
high-profile marketing communications, brand exposure, and media
coverage benefits. LIDER programs are not only an investment of
your corporate dollars but investment in future generations of Latino
leaders.
Because the programs are all designed to be modular, we offer a
great deal of flexibility in tailoring them to the states, cities,
communities, or messages within the sponsors’ area of interest.
Programs that are implemented in collaboration with local Latino
organizations offer public recognition for sponsors and can build
long-term relationships and national cross-platform partnerships.
The LIDER Difference
Quite simply, LIDER programs are designed to have a long-term positive
effect on Latino communities. As such, they offer businesses the
opportunity to showcase their commitment to diversity and leadership,
as well as to create unparalleled image recognition in the fastest
growing market in the nation.
In addition to utilizing a full complement of media opportunities,
LIDER programs are enhanced with a unique, value-added component.
Not only to sponsors receive regular radio, print, on-line and banner
coverage for LIDER events, they will be providing the community
with the following:
