- Rafael Colón
founder and president of Voices Internacional since 1994, is an
international keynote speaker - fluent in English and Spanish
- an author, master of ceremonies, web broadcast anchor, career
and leadership development consultant, performance enhancement
coach and certified facilitator. He served 16 years in the Washington
State government with Employment Security and the State Department
of Personnel, serving as the statewide administrator of the Leadership
and Management Development program.
Mr. Colón is a powerful inspirational speaker to government,
corporate, association and non-profit groups throughout the United
States, Puerto Rico and Canada. Specializing in helping executive
leaders and their management and sales teams to revitalize careers,
achieve team unity and sustain peak level performance. He holds
a BA from Washington State University. He completed several MBA
courses in Managerial Leadership and is currently a doctoral student
in human and organizational development at the Fielding Graduate
Institute in Santa Barbara, California. Mr. Colón is a
Competent Toastmaster by Toastmasters International and member
of the National Speakers Association.

He is the author of Journey to Success, selected as the 2001 Best
Self-Help, English language book at the Latino Book Summit/Book
Expo America Event in Chicago and the 1998 Best Business Book,
North American Book Exchange.
